Dr. Bashir Ahmed Malik is a full time practicing homoeopath in Lahore, Pakistan with over 37 years of focused academic and working field experience. Homoeopathy runs in the family. This is 3^rd generation of homoeopaths. His son is a full homoeopathic practitioner. Dr. Malik has passion for homoeopathy. Dr. Malik is a Fellow of BFS, and ex- member of LIGA, Vienna, Austria. He was originally registered Homoeopathic practitioner with The National Council for Homoeopathy, Pakistan and is now registered and licensed by The Punjab Health Care Commission, Pakistan. He holds diploma in Homoeopathy and Biochemistry from Brantridge Forest School, UK.

He was affiliated with Cryogenics, British Oxygen, UK and is an ex-member ASHRAE, USA, (1977-78). He is also an alumnus of Government Degree College, Jhelum, Pakistan with further qualifications in HVAC from NTS., Los Angeles, CA, USA.

This is the second opus wherein Dr. Malik portrays yet another innovative concept of postulative debate in the highest order of intricacies involved in maintaining atomic equilibrium within enclosed entity of human body. The debate is beyond dynamic bioelectromagnetic signaling. All avenues of equilibrium, Raleigh Equation, Maxwell Equation and spontaneity, etc., accumulatively produce resonance of all subcellular functions in closed system; a resonant state, the bottom line, which portrays atomic equilibrium. Thus atomic equilibrium is attributable to tritium isotope with radioactive characteristics as latently integral component of the cell, wherein hydrogen burns, oxygen antagonizes the burning of hydrogen, but H₂O extinguishes the fire!!

This is atomic age-approach to classical homeopathic prescribing. The theme of this undertaking is the mechanics of brain functions through scientific postulations into human body functions which strictly evolve around atomic homeostasis regulation and maintenance in general through impedance matching in prevailing retrograde biological, biochemical functions through applied version of bioregenerative engineering principles. The brain generated command impulse is laden with tritium characteristics.

The author has endeavored to portray techniques of series of homeostasis regulation by brain-generated command impulse. This work is second treatise in classical homoeopathic prescribing but first ever in the history of homoeopathy through application of atomic equilibrium. Attaining of atomic equilibrium is accomplished through brain functions.

The author has taken up long required explanations into scientific interpretations of applied version of science-based homoeopathy functionally applicable in less than half time of one millionth of a second from pathological point of view / diseased state of human physiology – with just the right amplitude and direction that manifest a resonant state – within the human body. It is hoped that this work and results achieved would prove the case of homoeopathy to be a first line of treatment rather than the prevalent perception of being an alternative medicine. Furthermore, he believes that homoeopathic curriculum globally needs to be updated from this point of view of homoeopathy to be applied to the multi-directional avenues of conventional medical sciences.

Dr. Bashir Malik currently resides with his family in Lahore, Pakistan where he practices full time and is at present also working on his follow-up books.
