This is in continuation to previously suggested treatment of pandemic with high fever, cough and sore throat.

  • Bacillinum 200C one dose fifteen minutes apart total of three doses, in one go. This can be taken every morning in set of three doses till the fever does not abate.
  • During the day Ferrum Phosphoricum 6X and
    Kali Muriaticum 6X two tablets of each to be chewed one hourly, once the agonising symptoms of sore throat and cough start abating, the interval can be increased to two-three hourly.
  • If the patient has had perpetual cough and sore throat attacks Bromium 30C is to be added with Ferrum Phosphoricum and Kali Muriaticum.
  • Arsenic Album 30C if the patient has thirst for sip of water, just enough to moisten mouth and throat. Further if the patient is very restless, keeps shifting position.
  • Bryonia 30C if the patient has bitter taste mouth with thirst for larger quantity of water, with or without chest pain. All three or any one of above can be administered per indicated symptoms along with Ferrum Phosphoricum and
    Kali Muriaticum.
  • Arsenic Iodatum 30C can be administered for fever along with Ferrum Phosphoricum and Kali Muriaticum. It acts more favorably in patients where tuberculosis, pneumonia or asthmatic history is/was present.

The author highly recommends protocol in following pattern in very acute cases.

Bacillinum 200C    1+1+1                            drop daily morning fifteen minutes apart

Ferrum Phos 6X     2+2+2 tab
Kali Mur 6X            2+2+2 tab                   All three morn, noon, even.
Bromium 30c         1+1+1 drop

Note: Arsenic Album and/or Arsenic Iodatum and any of above medicines can be added to the protocol per indicated symptoms.
